Short for "Halloween Trick-or-Treat Bag", Hal is exactly that--a trick-or-treat bag and puppet combination--candy goes in his mouth and ends up in his stomach. He unzips up the back to remove the candy bag. He is a puppet I will be taking to Disney World in 2009 for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on our night to not go in costume but still trick-or-treat. I can't wait to see how the cast members react to getting to "feed" him candy.
